    Megan Bailey has served as Labcorp’s Executive Vice President and President, Central Laboratory Services and International since 2024. Previously, she served as Labcorp’s Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer where she led efforts to define Labcorp’s future growth strategy.

    Megan joined Labcorp through the acquisition of PGDx, a cancer genomics company where she served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors. As CEO, she led PGDx through growth, financing, product development, regulatory approvals and eventual sale to Labcorp.

    Megan has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry, including more than 10 years at Roche Diagnostics, where she progressed rapidly in commercial leadership roles with responsibility across all market and portfolio segments, operating in a global organization.

    She is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned her Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She serves as a member of the Novo Holdings Advisory Group and on the Army West Point Athletic Association Board of Directors.

      Anita Graham has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since 2023.

      Before joining Labcorp, Anita served as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and Public Affairs at VF Corporation, one of the world’s largest lifestyle-focused footwear and apparel companies. In addition to leading the human resources function through major business transformations, she oversaw the company’s public affairs initiatives, including corporate communications, government relations, community relations and the VF Foundation.

      Prior to VF, Anita served as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer at ADT Corporation, where she led the human resources, environment, health and safety, and corporate communications functions. Previously, she was the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer at Shire plc, a global biopharmaceutical company that is now part of Takeda Pharmaceuticals.

      Anita currently holds board-level roles in several professional organizations including the Human Resources Policy Association, the Center on Executive Compensation and the Center on Executive Succession. She is also a member of the national board for The Trust for Public Lands. She holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
